The heated eagle viewing facility below Kingsley Dam on Lake Ogallala will be open weekends from January 7 through February 26 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A vehicle permit is needed to access the area.
Some viewing scopes are provided at the facility but feel free to bring your own.
