Keystone
Keystone is an unincorporated community north of the North Platte River, just east of Kingsley Dam.
Keystone was founded in 1906 on a piece of pasture land deeded to the public by pioneer businessman and rancher William Paxton, Sr. The name came from Paxton’s brand, the Keystone.
It is home to the Little Church at Keystone, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
